كشفت نجمتنا المصرية، ميار شريف، لاعبة التنس، أنها تتواصل بشكل دائم مع محمد صلاح، مُشيرة إلى أن نجم ليفربول يحرص دائمًا على مساعدتها وتقديم الدعم لها.

وتتواجد ميار شريف في الوقت الحالي، في الأرجنتين، لمشاركتها في بطولة بوينس أيرس المفتوحة للتنس، وتستعد لخوض مباراة في ربع نهائي البطولة.

وأجرت ميار حوارًا مع صحيفة “لا ناسيون” الأرجنتينية، تحدثت من خلالها عن حلمها في التنس وسبب اختيارها هذه الرياضة وكيف يساعدها صلاح، وخاصًة أنها أول لاعب مصرية تدخل قائمة أفضل 100 لاعبة في التصنيف العالمي لمحترفات التنس.

وقالت ميار: “صلاح يُعد إلهامًا للكثيرين ليس لي فقط، على مستوى النساء فأنا معروفة تمامًا، لكن صلاح في مستوى آخر، حيث تحظى كرة القدم بشعبية كبيرة في مصر، وهو شخص طيب ومتواضع يحبه الجميع”.

وأضافت صاحبة الـ”25″ عامًا: “بالإضافة إلى ذلك صلاح صديق عظيم بالنسبة لي، وكلما احتجت إليه كان معي، وأنا آمل أن أكون مثالًا للسيدات وأن تُدرك المرأة أن كل شيء مُمكن وأنه لا توجد حواجز”.

وأكملت ميار والتي غادرت مصر في الثامنة عشر من عمرها وذهبت للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لاحتراف التنس: “الناس في بلدي فخورون جدًا بي، فهم يدعمونني كثيرًا، وبدونهم لم أكن لأحقق النجاح الذي حققته”.

وأردفت: “ليس من السهل التكيف مع مستوى جديد من المنافسة، إنها خطوة أخرى والآن أشعر أنني بحاجة إلى وقتي لتحمل واختبار نفسي وتحسينها، أحتاج اليوم إلى وقت للتكيف لمعرفة أين يمكنني التحسين، وكيفية القيام بذلك”.

وتابعت: “ليس من السهل اللعب في المستوى الاحترافي، وأنا أريد الفوز دائمًا، وفي الميدان ألعب بطريقة وأقدم كل شيء”.

وأتمت تصريحاتها قائلة: “أنا أسير خطوة بخطوة في هذه الرياضة، وأحاول التحسّن دائمًا، لديّ رؤية لأتطور وأتقدم، أريد أصبح قوية في التنس وأن أظل مصدر إلهام للفتيات في بلدي”.

ميار خلال مشاركتها في بطولة بوينس أيرس بالأرجنتين، فازت على الألمانية كاثرينا جيرلاش بثمن النهائي، وتنتظر المصنفة رقم 64 عالميًا، الفائزة من مواجهة الجورجية إيكاترين جورجودزي والصينية يو إكسياودي.

West Brom boss Slaven Bilic is under pressure at the Hawthorns.

According to the reliable John Percy at the Telegraph, the Croatian’s position in charge of the Baggies is under intense scrutiny going into a tough run of Premier League fixtures, which includes games against Spurs and Manchester United.

Albion sit third-bottom on three points and are yet to win in seven attempts.

One of their biggest issues has been keeping clean sheets – no other top-flight side has leaked more than West Brom, who have conceded 16 goals. That’s nearly 2.3 goals per game.

It’s not been helped by the sale of experienced defender Ahmed Hegazi but as a manager, he should be able work his way around it.

Given the threat on offer in the next two games, an in-form duo of Harry Kane and Heung-min Son as well as an attack featuring the likes of Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford, Bilic should look to tinker his defence.

He must make a cut-throat call on Darnell Furlong, who has been very underwhelming as of late and as he’s an attack-minded full-back, it would be wise to stick someone with more defensive nous on the right.

On Monday night during the defeat at Fulham, the 25-year-old was among the worst performers – per SofaScore, he was dribbled past on four occasions, lost possession 22 times and made just 57% of 37 passing attempts.

Do you really think he’s going to be able to contain either Son or Rashford when he’s managing just 0.8 tackles per appearance this season?

Bilic needs to be ruthless and drop the Baggies lightweight, to instead call upon Dara O’Shea.

The Irishman is only second to Conor Gallager for tackles in the Albion squad, averaging a whopping 3.3 per game. He is also recording 3.5 clearances, 1.8 interceptions and a passing accuracy of 74.3% on average per match, via WhoScored.

These are all figures above what Furlong, who earns around £18.5k-per-week in the west Midlands, is doing. It seems like an easy switch to make, and one that may well help keep him in the job for another week.

After reports last week suggested that Stewart Donald’s ill-fated era at Sunderland was approaching its final stages, a major spanner was thrown into the works when William Storey delivered a curve ball with his own apparent takeover attempts.

But if it is to be Juan Sartori and Kyril Louis-Dreyfus who become the new owners of the Black Cats, then they will have some major decisions to make as soon as they get hold of the reins.

Of course, the big question that always comes with a takeover, is whether the current manager will still be in a job. Phil Parkinson is the man in the firing line, and whilst Sartori and Dreyfus may be inclined to get rid of him, they arguably must make a far more important call to ensure Sunderland’s brighter future: appointing a director of football.

It’s become the vogue thing in English football over these past few years, and when you look at the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City, both have dominated the Premier League thanks to some exceptional work done by their chief transfer gurus.

More than anything, Sunderland need a bit more co-ordination and longer term planning when it comes to rebuilding their first-team squad, and getting in a director of football to oversee the recruitment side of things off the pitch could transform the club’s future.

Whether it’s identifying players who could come in and improve the side, or playing their part in ensuring the Black Cats don’t see any more Josh Maja/Sam Greenwood stories, it’d massively help both in terms of the club’s short-term and long-term planning.

There’s no guarantee a takeover will result in success. But Sartori and Dreyfus can get Sunderland on their way by making the kind of call that could leave a lasting impact not just for this season or the next, but for the years to come too.

أكد مصدر داخل الفريق الأول لكرة السلة بنادي الزمالك أن إدارة القلعة البيضاء تبحث خلال الفترة الأخيرة عن مدير فني جديد للفريق.

وقال المصدر لـ بطولات، إن إدارة النادي لم يعد لديها القناعة الكاملة بمدرب الفريق اليوناني فانجيليس أنجيلو، والذي لم يقدم المستويات المرجوة منه خلال الفترة الماضية.

وأوضح المصدر ذاته، أن أنجيلوا فقد السيطرة على غرفة ملابس النادي وهو ما تسبب في خسارة الفريق لأربع مواجهات من أصل 10 مباريات خاضها الفريق.

وشدد على أن إدارة النادي تبحث عن بديل أجنبي قد يكون بنسبة كبيرة من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.

وكانت لجنة إدارة نادي الزمالك قد وقعت على العقود مع المدرب اليوناني صاحب الـ58 عامًا لتدريب فريق سلة لمدة موسم واحد.

آخر محطات أنجيلو التدريبية كانت لفريق أيك أثينا اليوناني، والذي حصد معه المركز الرابع بدوري الموسم الماضي.

كما سبق له وأن توج بالعديد من الألقاب والبطولات، وأبرزها كأس أوروبا في 2006، وكأس اليونان في 2011، واليوروليج في 2012، والدوري اليوناني في 2012.

Enquanto o Atlético Mineiro no jogo de abertura garantiu uma vitória brazuca ao fazer 3 a 0 no Schalke 04, o Colorando ficou duas vezes na frente do placar, mas cedeu o empate em 3 a 3. Sasha, D’Alessandro e Andrigo fizeram os gols dos gaúchos, que jogaram com os titulares apenas no primeiro tempo. Chicharito Hernandez e Alan Costa, contra, marcaram para o Leverkusen.

Depois dos 35 minutos, o Inter retraiu e o Leverkusen passou a dominar e chegou ao primeiro gol quando Çalhanoglu foi derrubado por Anderson na área aos 41 minutos, Chicharito cobrou no meio do gol e marcou. Nos instantes finais do primeiro tempo, o time alemão buscou o empate em chuveirinhos e conseguiu chegar lá nos acréscimos, quando Chicharito recebeu pela direita e chutou. A bola desviou em Ernando e matou Alisson. Este gol gerou muita reclamação dos jogadores do Internacional, pois o time entregara a bola para o Leverkusen (o rival tinha um jogador machucado), mas os alemães não pararam a jogada.

– Faltou fair play – reclamou Anderson, esquecendo-se que no último Brasileirão ocorrera lance parecido. só que a favor do Internacional no jogo contra a Ponte Preta (e que resultou em gol do Inter).

No segundo tempo o internacional voltou com 11 alterações e o Leverkusen com sete, mas mantendo a grande atração da partida para os torcedores, a maioria de mexicanos: Chicharito Hernandez, que aos dois minutos pegou uma bola de voleio que bateu no travessão.

Só que os reservas do Internacional queriam mostrar serviços e dois meninos trataram de recolocar o Colorado na frente. Aos 17 minutos, Geferson e Alisson Farias fizeram a jogada que terminou nos pés de Andrigo, que chutou de dentro da área e marcou o seu primeiro gol pelo time profissional.

O Leverkusen continuou em cima e teve em Bellarabi o seu jogador mais perigoso. Aos 22 minutos teve a chance do empate ao chutar de fora da área e obrigar o goleiro Muriel a fazer uma bela ponte. Aos 35, caiu pela direita e cruzou, O zagueiro Alan Costa tentou cortar e marcou contra, empatando a partida em 3 a 3.

Coming through a run of games against Lille, Milan and Sparta Prague was always going to be difficult but if the Hoops are to prevail, they simply have to win this week.

That’s not just for the sake of their European progression, but for the sake of Neil Lennon too – a man who is under pressure despite receiving the backing of the board.

Therefore, his team selection this evening will be incredibly vital. He made a big call with Odsonne Edouard against Hibernian and it didn’t pay off, so does he come back into the fray tonight?

In this side, Lennon looks set to make three key changes to his starting XI.

Let’s start with the biggest of them all – axing Albian Ajeti. The £4.3m-rated forward has failed to score in eight games and there can be little justification behind starting him.

We wrote this week that Patryk Klimala should finally get a look in but in a must-win clash, it’s Edouard who we ultimately think Lennon will settle on.

Another change comes at right-back. Jeremie Frimpong has been a favourite under the current management but with Celtic’s defence not up to scratch – conceding ten more than Rangers in the league – it’s the right-back who is sacrificed. As a result, Hatem Elhamed comes into the XI.

The final change sees Nir Bitton dropped with Christopher Jullien returning after injury.

Lennon admitted this week that he was in contention to play so the Frenchman’s inclusion will be a huge boost to a faltering backline. He partners Kristoffer Ajer with Shane Duffy having to settle for a place on the bench again.
